How to use

Begin drinking Menstrual "Comfort" Tea on the first day of your period and continue throughout your menstrual phase (typically days 1-5 of your cycle).

Drink 1-3 cups daily during your menstrual phase. For acute discomfort, you can drink up to 4 cups daily.

Preparation

Use 1 tea bag per cup (one serving)

Pour water just off the boil (195-205°F) over the tea bag

Cover and steep for 7-10 minutes to extract maximum benefits

Remove tea bag and enjoy hot for best results
