At Jovia, every blend is crafted with care to support your body naturally. Because our teas are considered food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a package has been opened. This ensures the safety and quality of all products we ship.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and our team will send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Damaged or defective items must be accompanied by a clear photo of the issue.

Because we value transparency and fairness, all refunds are processed to the original payment method once your claim is approved.
